What materials are used in Anatometal jewelry?
We use only the highest quality materials, including implant-grade titanium (ASTM F-136), implant-grade stainless steel (ASTM F-138), and solid 18k gold. All our materials are lead and nickel-free to ensure biocompatibility.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic US. For custom-made or hand-polished pieces, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for production before shipment.
Can I return or exchange body jewelry?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry once the sterilized packaging has been opened or tampered with. Please ensure you have the correct size before ordering.
How do I determine my correct jewelry size?
Size is determined by gauge (thickness) and length or diameter. We highly recommend visiting a professional piercer to be measured accurately, as anatomy varies significantly between individuals.
Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, Anatometal jewelry carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like stone loss or threading failure, but does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
Is your jewelry safe for initial piercings?
Absolutely. Because we use internally threaded or threadless designs and hand-polish every piece to a mirror finish, our jewelry meets and exceeds the standards set by the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) for initial piercings.
